Morton Amusement Inflatables is a family-owned business founded in 1994. We added a rental division in 2003. We wanted to offer quality products and competitive prices. One of our goals was to make the inflatable rental process easy and worry-free. Because we have children ourselves, safety and cleanliness are extremely important to us. Our staff is highly trained. All our bounce houses and other inflatables are high-quality, made right here in the USA from heavy duty, lead free quadruple-stitched vinyl. We are licensed and insured.
Morton Amusement Inflatables take pride in the fact that we have changed our industry in this area. We have made our competitors take notice of the business practices that we think are fair. One example would be our bad weather policy. We then entered the business, most area rental companies would receive a 50% deposit and keep it if your event was rained out. Teaching you more about our inflatable rentals in person and by video is what we do for safety first.
Our Weather Policy – We will allow you to cancel on the day of your event, prior to delivery, due to inclement weather at no charge and a full refund of your deposit.
Our Deposit Policy – We take a $50 deposit per event to hold your rental units out of inventory. It is refundable under our inclement weather policy and cancellations made at least 30 days prior to an event. The deposit is only to hold your reservation and goes towards your balance, which is due at delivery. For Church, School and City events in our delivery area, we do not charge any deposit.
Our all-inclusive Price Policy – Things we noticed about competitors when we entered this business is that you could not get a straight answer about what the final price for your rental would be. That is why we adopted the price policies we have. Our price includes tax, free delivery (with in 10 miles of our warehouse), setup, tear-down, basic cleaning and sanitizing. We are also happy to tailor package prices to your needs.
We have brought prices down for better units and introduced all-day rentals. Likewise, we felt it was best if we only rented a unit once a day and cleaned and sanitized it after every rental. It’s the same amount of work if you use your rental for 8 seconds or 8 hours, so we want to accommodate your schedule when possible and make sure you have plenty of time for fun. Our average rental last about eight hours.
We pride ourselves on always being professional and dependable. We can handle any size event: from a small birthday with a single unit to a large turnkey festival.
Our trainers spend a lot of time training our staff to be aware of how to properly set up a rental unit. We also make sure, before we leave, that you are aware of how to safely use your unit. Safety is our biggest concern.
